Gunvatta Pakhwada is a flagship initiative under the Quality Bharat Mission of the Quality Council of
India, proudly spearheaded by the National Board of Quality Promotion (NBQP). This two-week
national campaign is dedicated to building a culture of quality and excellence through engaging
competitions and improvement activities. Previously, we organized Quality Month, which will be replaced by Gunvatta Pakhwada, starting this year.
With the theme ‘Gunvatta se Sashakt Bharat, Viksit Bharat’ ( गुणवत्ता से सशक्त भारत विकसित भारत),
the Pakhwada runs from 14th to 28th November, aiming to embed a spirit of continuous improvement
across sectors such as education, healthcare, manufacturing, and public administration. Our mission is
clear: to make quality a daily practice that transforms lives, communities, and institutions nationwide.
